Issues:

Alleged theft from dealership. Failure to cooperate with delegates of the Registrar in gathering information pursuant to an investigation.

Outcome:

The Registrar found that Mr. Purbha was given insufficient notice and adjourned the hearing sine die (generally), pending further proceedings against and proper notice to Mr. Purbha.
