If you are a dealer, broker agent, or a wholesaler, you will receive your renewal notifications by email 6 weeks in advance. Please ensure your contact information is kept up to date by signing into your VSA Online Licensee Services account, or by contacting VSA Licensing. A renewal form will be included in your renewal notification email - follow the instructions to submit your renewal prior to your licence expiry date to avoid late fees.
Please note: Credit card payments of any kind for business fees are not accepted by the VSA. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Dealer, wholesaler and broker agent licensing fees, including renewals
• Dealer, wholesaler and broker agent application fees
• Dealer consignment and offsite permit fees
• Administrative penalties, investigation and hearing costs
Online banking or business cheques are recommended payment methods.
